- Mature cheddar cheese
- Condensed milk
Method
1. Blanch sweetcorn
2. Grate cheese
3. Combine corn, milk and cheese and mix well
4. Serve
5. Brace yourself
Verdict
- Definitely an acquired taste, but a fun talking point
- It is very, very sweet, so don't serve large portions
